GREETER
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and smart team players who are customer oriented, to be appointed as a Greeter, to be based at our Duty-Free Shops located at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Entice Customers to the Shops, Increase Shop foot fall, Offer product information, Assist Customers with their queries, Provide excellent Customer Service, Promote Sales, Meet given targets, Merchandising, Replenishing shelves and other duties as directed.
Pre-requisites
- Females between the age of 20-30 years.
- Exudes a Friendly (“Bubbly”) and approachable personality.
- Possess a pleasant, pleasing, character with a well-built, attractive physique.
- G.C.E. (O/L) with at least six Credit Passes, including Credits for Mathematics & English.
- Excellent speaking ability in English together with adequate reading & writing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills to win new customers.
- Fluency in other languages; an added advantage (Hindi, Russian, Chinese, Tamil etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Prior retail experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position will be advantageous, though not essential.
- Willingness to work on 12-hour day/night rotating shifts.
