BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
PROPERTY RENTAL, FACILITY MANAGEMENT & LEISURE MANAGEMENT
SIRIPELA HOLDINGS IS A WELL REPUTED BUSINESS CLUSTER IN CONSTRUCTION & REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY AND NOW EXPANDING THEIR BUSINESS CHAIN TO THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.
We are looking for a professional in the industry to oversee our entire operation & other property rental, leisure management, ongoing leisure sector constructions projects from the initial stage.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- This person should have experience in overseeing business operations
- He should have a unique vision to grow the business
- He should develop and maintain the operational and service standards
- He should be responsible for the upkeep of properties, facilities, Cabana etc
- He should have exceptional hospitality skills
- Interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication
- Managing the profitability of the business, overseeing revenue targets and budgets
- Human resource management skills (front desk and reservations staff, marketing and sales staff, events and catering staff, housekeeping staff, security staff and kitchen staff.)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES
- Require an associate degree or a bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business administration, service management or a related field of study
- Experience working in guest services, front desk services, housekeeping, sales and marketing, operations or some other hotel department more than 8 years at a Senior Manager role.
