Job Title: RPA Developer
Location: Colombo 06
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our dynamic team and drive the implementation of innovative RPA solutions. You will be responsible for design, develop and deploying robust RPA Solutions that streamline business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows using any leading RPA tool/s (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, MS Power Automate). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process flows, and ensure successful RPA implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve RPA process issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated on the latest RPA trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest RPA and AI trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Sound knowledge of AI technologies and Python would be an added advantage.
- Experience in integrating AI tools with other applications would also be beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA development and implementation. Proven expertise in RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, MS Power Automate. Strong programming skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.
