Dream Team Media (Pvt) Ltd is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to join our creative team in Nugegoda. If you are passionate about storytelling through video, capturing and crafting compelling visual content for various projects, including events, promotional videos, and live event streaming platforms, this is your opportunity to grow with a vibrant media company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video footage for events, interviews, and promotional content.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on-location and in-studio.
- Scout and select filming locations; prepare equipment before shoots.
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand video goals and concepts.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, and camera movement during filming.
- Edit videos using professional software to produce polished final products.
- Add effects, graphics, music, and transitions to enhance visual storytelling.
- Maintain and organize video gear and digital assets for efficient production.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography, video editing and motion graphics (showreel or portfolio required).
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Skilled in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, professional video cameras, multi-camera setups, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.
- Strong understanding of video framing, composition, and cinematic techniques.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
