SENIOR CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE – SEO PROJECTS
eMarketingEye is an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with over 1200 clients across 45+ countries. We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns and web analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team
- Understand client goals, brand, and digital strategy
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and deliverables to clients
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Track project KPIs and campaign performance
- Generate reports and insights for clients
- Conduct SEO audits on websites using various tools
- Oversee the end-to-end management of SEO projects (e.g., setup and onsite activities, ongoing and monthly/quarterly activities)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (content, analytics, part-time)
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
- Address any project issues or client concerns quickly and effectively
- Manage risks and ensure minimal disruption to the project flow

Requirements
- A degree in Marketing or Business Management or an equivalent qualification such as CIM UK
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
