HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of HR consultancy projects for clients across various industries.
  • Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Collaborate with the team in conducting HR audits and ensuring clients' HR practices align with legal and industry standards.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition activities such as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for client roles.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices, labor laws, and policy updates.
  • Maintain and organize client HR documentation and project files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, drafts, and presentation materials for internal and client use.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client-related communication and coordination when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within an HR consultancy or project-based HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor law basics.
  • Exposure to talent acquisition processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • A collaborative team player with a client-service mindset.
