POSITION: RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
NutriBioCare (Pvt) Ltd is an emerging, innovation-driven company engaged in the manufacturing of Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals from Natural products. We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to take a leading role in managing research and development activities in our laboratory located in Homagama.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for new Skin Care and Hair Care products during the product design phase.
- Identify and engage with new or existing suppliers and partners to support key project execution.
- Collaborate with Brand teams to create and refine product development briefs.
- Oversee lab-scale and pilot-scale sample preparations, ensuring alignment with desired product specifications and performance standards.
- Analyze technical data through a business development lens and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the involvement of external agencies in core product development activities.
- Deliver periodic technical training sessions to cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Production.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science stream from a recognized institute (specializing in Chemistry or Biochemistry).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the cosmetic and natural product industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong execution and result orientation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
