POSITION:
Export Sales Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve export sales targets and expand market share as per the business plan.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients and distributors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trade policies, and market conditions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
