Job Description

The Role

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Managing Leave, attendance & Over time
  • Assist in preparing payroll and handling employee benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and company regulations.
  • Support other day-to-day HR operational activities.

The Profile

  • A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
  • A degree in HRM will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity for HR officer & one year for HR Assistant.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
