JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operate & monitor injection molding machine to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Set up and adjust machine settings according to product specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Monitor production processes and ensure product quality adherence to standards.
- Assist with mold changes and machine setup.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area.
- Report malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations at all times.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualified (Technical background preferred).
- Successfully completed a technical/vocational course (e.g., NVQ, NDT, or equivalent) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience operating injection molding machines will be a strong advantage.
- Age between 18–35 years.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
