The Ideal Candidates
- A Degree from a reputed university or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Goal oriented, driven, and forward thinking.
- Prioritization skills, effective time management and ability to perform under pressure.
- Good and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and perform as a team player.
- Knowledge/Experience in the apparel industry is an added advantage (Not compulsory).
SCOPE
The Star Garments team is looking for fresh legs to reach new heights, with the strategic intention of providing a robust experience in the apparel industry. This program is heavily focused on molding you on every operation related function which will eventually translate to a 360-degree view on the business.
You will be granted the opportunity to blend with internal and external stakeholders, which in turn will sharpen your skills on cross cultural diversification. We truly believe in hands on training. You will be allocated to real time projects immediately in parallel to the induction program.
Key objective is to develop the next layer of leaders, to write the Star Garment Success story while reaching the company objectives.
