We’re hiring a Product Coordinator to support Oscar Wylee’s Product, Merchandising, and Marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple projects, from tracking sales data and managing spreadsheets to supporting supplier communications and marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain key product trackers including sales performance, SKUs in development, and out-of-stock summaries
  • Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly product reports and rankings
  • Liaise with suppliers on samples, pricing, and timelines
  • Support critical path planning, project trackers, and rational decks
  • Keep product libraries up to date and assist with internal material prep
  • Respond to product-related queries and provide general team support
  • Assist with analytical projects such as product cost analysis.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in a fashion retail, manufacturing or product design/development environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with Google Sheets/Excel, including formulas and structured templates
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to track tasks across teams
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in product, fashion retail or merchandising is a plus.
