We’re hiring a Product Coordinator to support Oscar Wylee’s Product, Merchandising, and Marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple projects, from tracking sales data and managing spreadsheets to supporting supplier communications and marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain key product trackers including sales performance, SKUs in development, and out-of-stock summaries
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly product reports and rankings
- Liaise with suppliers on samples, pricing, and timelines
- Support critical path planning, project trackers, and rational decks
- Keep product libraries up to date and assist with internal material prep
- Respond to product-related queries and provide general team support
- Assist with analytical projects such as product cost analysis.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in a fashion retail, manufacturing or product design/development environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with Google Sheets/Excel, including formulas and structured templates
- Proactive communicator with the ability to track tasks across teams
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in product, fashion retail or merchandising is a plus.
