- Generating client leads from various platforms and sources
- Reaching out to new clients and making presentations of Units/Amenities and outlining the benefits of the product/service.
- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients by providing support, information and guidance, understanding their budget and identifying accurate needs of client.
- Bringing in and working with agents to increase sales
- Maintaining customer relationships with all clients to ensure satisfaction and issues promptly addressed and thereby promoting sales and referrals
- Researching real estate and condominium market trends and advising management on opportunities and competition
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
- Knowledge of Digital marketing tools, Trends and technologies is an added advantage
What we require:
- Bachelors degree / Professional qualification in Marketing
- 3 Years experience in Real estate / Condominium apartments sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal, Negotiation & Client relationships skills
- Good organizational, multitasking and strong computer skills
- Ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions
