Job Responsibilities

  • Managed payroll processing for junior staff, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
  • Oversaw statutory contributions and compliance, including EPF, ETF, stamp duty, and final settlements
  • Recorded and reconciled salary entries in accounting systems
  • Prepared purchase orders, invoices, and receipts in alignment with internal controls
  • Generated customer invoices and processed receipts efficiently
  • Supported management reporting through financial data compilation and analysis

Job Requirements

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified in AAT / CIMA / ACCA / or similar
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of statutory contributions (EPF/ETF) and payroll processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software or ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple companies or divisions
