Job Responsibilities
- Managed payroll processing for junior staff, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Oversaw statutory contributions and compliance, including EPF, ETF, stamp duty, and final settlements
- Recorded and reconciled salary entries in accounting systems
- Prepared purchase orders, invoices, and receipts in alignment with internal controls
- Generated customer invoices and processed receipts efficiently
- Supported management reporting through financial data compilation and analysis
Job Requirements
- Part-qualified or fully qualified in AAT / CIMA / ACCA / or similar
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of statutory contributions (EPF/ETF) and payroll processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple companies or divisions
