ARCHITECT
Sampath Senaratharachchige Associates (Pvt) Ltd. is a registered Architectural practice, offers Architectural designing talented Individuals who would like to join in our journey of success, quantity surveying and interior designing. We are seeking for well experienced.
Requirement she/ he should have:
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in a reputed Architectural design firm.
- Experienced: Skilled, creative open minded, energetic and target driven individual with strong leadership qualities who has a capacity in handling multidisciplinary work.
- Skills: Proficient in drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop); creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality drawings.
- Knowledge in construction: Site supervision and an Architect is must.
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Female)
Requirement she should have:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the accounting field.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Tally ERP or accounting software is an added advantage.
- Professional Attributes:
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.
