Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement visual merchandising and stock management in line with brand standards.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain security and loss prevention measures in coordination with corporate policies.
  • Report to senior leadership with sales reports, customer feedback, and strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of retail management experience in the jewellery sector.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and market trends.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
