Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement visual merchandising and stock management in line with brand standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute local marketing and client engagement initiatives.
- Maintain security and loss prevention measures in coordination with corporate policies.
- Report to senior leadership with sales reports, customer feedback, and strategic insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of retail management experience in the jewellery sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and market trends.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
