MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manage sales coordination with the stores and customers.
- Visit clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Analyze market strengths, trends, and customer needs to support strategic sales decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with key corporate and export clients.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including accurate measurements, calculations, and specifications for pine wood pallets.
- Generate invoices, issue contracts, and update internal systems with high attention to detail.
- Analyze competitor activity to identify market opportunities and risks.
- Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the wood products, packaging, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage).
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and manage professional client relationships.
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful B2B sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
