Location: Onsite – 10 schofield place colombo 3
Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Sri Lankan Time)
Working Days: Monday - Friday According to the US Calendar
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless development and deployment of applications. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent English communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks, especially React.
- Build robust and efficient server-side applications and APIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
- Work with databases, ensuring smooth data flow and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Ensure code quality through proper testing and documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
