HR ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist overall HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee, leave and attendance records, also payroll related records and reports.
  • Assist with Payroll activities and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and company policies.
  • Monitor and update HR Records.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed GCE.A/L.
  • CCHRM or equivalent qualifications is an added advantage.
  • Dinamic individual with good internal personal skills and ability to build pleasant relationship with all levels of staff across the Organization.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Age between 23-35.
  • Hands on experience in Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
