HR ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist overall HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee, leave and attendance records, also payroll related records and reports.
- Assist with Payroll activities and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and company policies.
- Monitor and update HR Records.
Requirements
- Successfully completed GCE.A/L.
- CCHRM or equivalent qualifications is an added advantage.
- Dinamic individual with good internal personal skills and ability to build pleasant relationship with all levels of staff across the Organization.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Age between 23-35.
- Hands on experience in Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
- An attractive monthly package in the range of Rs.35,000/- to 70,000/- awaits for the selected candidate -
