Collection Supervisor
The Job
- Analyze & Make recommendations to improve productivity while maintaining established goals.
- Analyze & prepare reports for management achievements on team target.
- Manage performance of agents of multiple levels.
- Cooperate with the QC Department in service quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Collections Team Lead or similar role.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Age between 18-35.
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection.
- MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Effective team management.
