DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Director at Kandima Maldives. As the Human Resource Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department at the resort. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient and effective management of employee relations.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of resort experience in the same position in the Maldives
- Working experience in visa management and pension
- Highly proficient in Fusion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
