Trainee IT Technician
Job Role:
- Assist in addressing user inquiries and resolving IT-related issues, often involving basic troubleshooting steps.
- Identifying and resolving problems with computers, peripherals, and software applications.
- Assisting in setting up new hardware, maintaining existing equipment, and performing basic repairs or replacements.
- Installing and configuring software applications, operating systems, and updates.
- Assisting with basic network troubleshooting, connectivity, and user access.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and software.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and improve IT operations.
Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hardware and software.
- Professional qualification in the IT or related field.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new technologies.
- Previous experience would be an added advantage (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
