Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all laboratory sites.
- Monitor compliance with ISO 15189, ISO 9001:2015, and other relevant accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.
- Train and mentor laboratory staff on QA processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Ensure accurate document control and recordkeeping.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a medical or clinical laboratory QA role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality standards (e.g., ISO 15189, GLP, GCLP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools.
