OPPORTUNITIES
MANAGER - FINISHING
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying the gaps that are related to factory & product efficiency
- Improve the skill level of supervisors, through training & recruitment of external skilled supervisors
- Coordinating and offering finals & pre-finals, to the buyer representative, on time
- Identify the current gaps & issues, in terms of cut-to-ship process
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree and/ or Professional qualification, related to manufacturing
- Applied knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing Practices, will be an added advantage
- Should be a strong Team player
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
