REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–4 years of experience in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate showroom staff.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategies and increase showroom sales.
- Manage inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Motivate and supervise showroom staff.
