EXECUTIVE – DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight carriers, and customs brokers for timely cargo movement
  • Prepare, verify, and manage shipment documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to track shipments and update customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally and promptly
  • Manage post-shipment documentation and liaise with overseas agents
  • Maintain accurate records and update operational systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics
  • 2 years’ experience in documentation or customer service in the logistic industry
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and trade documents
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Gensoft ERP is a plus
