EXECUTIVE – DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight carriers, and customs brokers for timely cargo movement
- Prepare, verify, and manage shipment documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to track shipments and update customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally and promptly
- Manage post-shipment documentation and liaise with overseas agents
- Maintain accurate records and update operational systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Logistics
- 2 years’ experience in documentation or customer service in the logistic industry
- Knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and trade documents
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Gensoft ERP is a plus
