Junior HR & Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
  • Setting up meetings, appointments and other important tasks
  • Coordination with project sites and conduct site visits as required
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior management to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration
  • 01 year of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Age below 30 years
  • Dedicated, hardworking and willing to work long hours when required
