Junior HR & Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Setting up meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Coordination with project sites and conduct site visits as required
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration
- 01 year of experience in related field
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Age below 30 years
- Dedicated, hardworking and willing to work long hours when required
