- Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding end to end.
- Overseeing the administrative tasks in the recruitment process such as arranging offer letters, appointment letters & selections reports.
- Develop & implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize various channels to identify & attract top tier candidates, ensuring a diverse & talented pool.
- Streamline & enhance the recruitment & selection process to identify the best fit candidates efficiently.
- Conduct & coordinate interviews & assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience.
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs & provide recruitment solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in HR / Business Management or any other professional qualification from recognized university / institute.
- Proven experience as Executive - Talent Acquisitions or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment & selection processes, industry trends & best practices.
- Adept at handling social media platforms to attract candidates.
