JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager with a strong focus on human resource development. This role is key in driving HR programs that support talent growth, performance management, and career development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Drive performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development goals
- Design and implement training initiatives to foster continuous learning
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety regulations
- Track HR metrics and effectiveness of development programs
- Collaborate with leadership to implement succession planning and career growth initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5-8 years in HR management, with a focus on HR development and performance management, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR software
