Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for factory and staff-level employees.
- Manage employee engagement, welfare, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and absenteeism trends effectively using HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
- Act as a key liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture.
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel sector.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
