JUNIOR EXECUTIVE- PO PROCESS
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately create and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Review and verify order details including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with procurement teams, to ensure timely order approvals and deliveries.
- Track order status and follow up with procurement department to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to purchase orders and tax matters.
- Maintain records of purchase orders and relevant documentation for audit compliance.
- Provide support to the procurement team with data entry, reporting, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fully or part qualified bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchase order processing (preferably in a retail or fashion environment).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
