PROJECT COORDINATOR
ALUMINUM FABRICATION
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle from order confirmation to installation.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, site supervisors, and the fabrication team.
- Job schedules and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, material usage, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Handle communication between the site, the office, and external stakeholders.
- Report project status to management and address delays or issues proactively.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in project coordination or site management (preferably in the aluminum/glass industry).
- A strong understanding of aluminum and glass systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (or other drawing software).
