Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer and email channels.
  • Drive ROI-focused performance: CTR, ROAS, CAC, CPL.
  • Define and segment audiences to target high-intent users.
  • Collaborate with creatives to produce compelling ad assets.
  • Analyze campaign data and run A/B tests to improve results.
  • Sync with eComm, sales and product teams for campaign alignment.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates and Competition.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years experiences in digital/Performances marketing: beauty or FMCG preferred.
  • Proficient with Meta Ads, Google Ads and analytics tools.
  • Strong in data analysis, targeting and optimization.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Webengage).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools or similar designs platforms is a plus.
