FINANCE MANAGER
Pitch Capital (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing leader in the real estate sector, is looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualifications such as CA/CIMA/ACCA are highly preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in the real estate or property development sector will be an added advantage
