Immediate Vacancy: IT Coordinator (Kandy)
JKI Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a reputed company based in Pallekele, Kandy, specializing in service provision and construction for leading companies across Sri Lanka. We are urgently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team in the following position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, software, and security systems.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for all staff.
- Coordinate with third-party IT service providers and vendors.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cyber security measures are in place.
- Support implementation of IT-related projects and upgrades.
- Conduct basic training and orientation for staff on new technologies and systems.
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms and website content when required.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and general IT systems.
- Familiarity with managing social media platforms and web updates will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Age below 50 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Kandy area.
