Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No: 3045), Australia, is Sri Lanka’s largest specialized training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.
JOB PROFILE
- Collaborate closely, with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs aligned with our brand vision and objectives.
- Design compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the recruitment teams to create engaging graphics that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms through cohesive design elements and typography and color schemes.
- Develop high-quality infographics, motion graphics, and video content to support marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Design to meet organizational standards, effectively convey ideas and reflect our brand identity.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Translate directives into visually captivating designs for our target audience.
- Harmonize traditional techniques with industry-standard software for engaging visuals.
- Regularly update corporate internal design asset databases, including photography and video content.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bring at least three years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other design software.
- Familiarity with photo-editing software & retouching.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Stay ahead of design trends and introduce fresh, forward-thinking creative solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in photography, event photography, or lifestyle shoots will be an added advantage.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
