Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the after-sales service function across all service outlets.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor service center performance and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
  • Coordinate warranty handling, spare parts management, and technical support.
  • Train and develop service personnel on best practices and new technologies.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, dealers, and the internal technical team.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in after-sales or service management in the automotive industry, preferably in two-wheelers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in service management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of achieving service KPIs and driving team performance.
