Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the after-sales service function across all service outlets.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor service center performance and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
- Coordinate warranty handling, spare parts management, and technical support.
- Train and develop service personnel on best practices and new technologies.
- Act as a liaison between customers, dealers, and the internal technical team.
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in after-sales or service management in the automotive industry, preferably in two-wheelers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in service management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Proven track record of achieving service KPIs and driving team performance.
