MANAGER SALES & MARKETING - HOTELS & RESORTS
WORK LOCATION : HEAD OFFICE - COLOMBO 07
A Well diversified conglomerate headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with business presence ranging from Leisure, Renewable Energy, Tea to Investment Management and Advisory Services is scouting for a Sales & Marketing Head to work with the Leisure Cluster which includes, Hunas Falls Hotel, and three other properties.
If you're a driven sales and marketing professional with a proven track record and a passion for selling unique naturalist hotels and resorts, we want to hear from you. You'll develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive significant growth, cultivate robust relationships with key partners, leverage in-depth market analysis for strategic decisions, and collaborate seamlessly with our resort and digital marketing teams for cross-functional success.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar sales and marketing role within the hotels & resorts sector.
- A proven track record of consistently driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional relationships with DMC’s and possess strong marketing acumen, particularly in strategic positioning.
- Deep understanding of Hotel Revenue Management principles, spanning into corporate and leisure travel markets, as well as digital marketing platforms.
- Highly effective communicator and presenter with exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
