EXECUTIVE - HR RECRUITMENT KATUNAYAKE
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Recruitment. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match cultural fit and compatibility.
- Conducting primary interviews and checking eligibility for the position.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant recruitment correspondences as per the requirement of in consultation.
- Serving a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and industry associations.
- Orientation to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate holder of any Human Resources & Development related academic program.
- Minimum 4 years experience with recruiting, sourcing candidates and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
- Should be able to work under pressure, achieving set goals and meeting deadlines.
- High level of public relation and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently & in a team.
- Experience in garment manufacturing field is a must.
- Ability to speak in both Tamil/Sinhala will be an added advantage.
