We are seeking a seasoned and forward thinking Finance Controller to define financial strategy and effectively manage operations across selected business units. This senior leadership role is not only strategic but also hands on requiring who can drive performance, enhance financial health, and ensure strong financial governance through execution and accountability.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Fully qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multi-business financials in a fast-paced or diversified environment.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and high professional integrity.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage key relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Support leadership with financial insights for key decisions.
- Monitor and enhance cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
