NEW DELMON HOSPITAL
New Delmon Hospital is a leading hospital in Colombo South which was established on 10th March 1991. Our hospital has been dedicated to the well-being of our patients for over three decades. MANAGER OPERATIONS
- A degree a relevant field from a recognized University/Institute
- Ability to thrive in a fast – paced environment while maintaining high standards of care and service delivery
- A minimum of 05 years of experience in an operational management role and a proven track record in hospital operation management is an added advantage
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and quality improvement
PHLEBOTOMIST
- Possess year Nursing Diploma from a reputed institute
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in adult and pediatric bleeding aspects in a recognized laboratory
- Trainee Phlebotomists are also encouraged to apply
CASHIER
- G.C.E. A/L
- Previous experience in a customer support role including billing or cashiering
- Excellent PR & Communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
PHARMACIST
- Qualified and registered as a Pharmacist with Sri Lanka Medical Council.
- Minimum of 05 years’ experience in similar capacity in a reputed hospital or health care institution.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
OPERATION THEATRE SISTER
- SLMC registration with 3-year Diploma in Nursing or PHSRC registration with 3-year Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar capacity in a reputed hospital
- Good team player, dynamic and drive to succeed and ambition to grow.
- Have experience in managing large operation theatre complex in a Theatre sister role.
NURSING STAFF
- Sisters, Staff Nurses & Junior Nurses
- SLMC registration with 3-year Diploma in Nursing or PHSRC registration with 3-year Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum of 02 years’ experience in similar capacity in a reputed hospital
- Age below 45 years
- Good team player, dynamic and drive to succeed and ambition to grow.
- Candidates who possess experience specially in Operation Theatres, ICU, Maternity wards,
