Deputy Manager / Manager – Relationship Management (Liability Products)
Location : Head Office - Colombo

Key Responsibilities
- Grow the assigned customer portfolio while ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage and expand the deposit base by building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and retail clients.
- Acquire new customers while deepening relationships with existing ones.
- Promote and cross-sell liability products including savings, fixed deposits, and related offerings.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure timely customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Eligibility
- A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in deposits or wealth products.
- Strong understanding of liability products (savings, fixed deposits).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Leadership experience is an added advantage for Manager grade.
