Cutting Executive – NMA Zone

We are seeking a skilled professional to step into the role of cutting executive at the NMA zone. You will play a key role in optimizing our industrial processes, enhancing productivity and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. Responsibilities
- Get the monthly finalized order book from planning & to check on those orders execution status with production plants.
- Daily follow up with coordinators to stock the RM, cutworks on time to the factories.
- Daily follow up with the coordinators on the productions.
- Regular liaising with the coordinators on daily RM shortages & solving them.
- Liaising with coordinators, NMA cutting team & help on maintaining their cutting WIP & making sure cutting meets the daily cut plan.
- Checking the cut reports and fabric reconciliations.
- Attend to all operation/production related issues & helping to get solutions in a timely manner.
- Regular follow-ups on shipments.
- Make sure cut to ship performances are achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity within the apparel industry.
- A degree in a related field.
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with the NEXT brand will be advantageous.
