IT EXECUTIVE
Flexicare Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and security of our systems, and driving innovation across the organization.

Flexicare Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Flexicare Group, U.K. with its state-of-the-art modern manufacturing facility in Bandaragama which is a Board of Investment of Sri Lanka approved project. Flexicare Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is an ISO 13485 and GMP certified company. Flexicare distributes its products over 100 countries worldwide through a network of distributors and its own offices across Europe, the Middle East, India, Far East, USA and Australia.
Eligibility Criteria
- A diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems or a similar qualification from a recognized institute.
- 2+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in network administration, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain computers, printers, and essential software.
- Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, and system access.
- Offer support for cloud-based platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Monitor antivirus software and maintain system security protocols.
- Maintain IT inventory and accurate support documentation.
- Assist with regular data backups and basic recovery procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and training to non-technical users.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services or repairs.
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP Business One, HRIS) is a strong advantage.
