Branch Manager - Akkaraipattu Branch
Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, incorporated on 19th April 2004 is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. Applications are invited for the position of Branch Manager - Akkaraipattu Branch.
Job Profile
- Achieve Branch lending & deposit targets while achieving individual lending business targets
- Manage and enhance the branch gold loans portfolio
- Maintain the stipulated Weighted Average IRR
- Take ownership for branch recoveries and controlling of branch NPA
- Initiate and actively participate in field promotion campaigns
- Supervise the overall branch administration function including Cashiering, Security of the branch, customer convenience as stipulated by the Company
- Be responsible to safeguard the branch fixed assets ensuring proper records and insurance cover
- Regularly monitor the branch performance as per KPI's set and take proactive corrective steps where necessary
- Ensure that branch financial performance return a profit before tax on an year on year basis
Personal Profile
- A diploma or higher qualification in credit management / management/marketing shall be an added advantage.
- 5+ years experience in marketing, recoveries and administrative functions.
- Profile should be from within the area/region.
- Customer centric, pleasing personality with excellent leadership skills.
- Fluency in English/Tamil and Sinhala is essential.
- Passionate, self motivated, courage to navigate through tough external market conditions.
- Proven track record in leading a marketing focused team with overall administrative discipline.
