RESTAURANT MANAGER

Location: Colombo & Galle

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 – 7 years international experience, managing an upscale, casual dining restaurant (not QSR)
  • Ability to manage the location P&L
  • Effectively handle planning, procurement, cash, MIS systems, recruitment & training and operations
  • Ability to deliver the required service standards to all stakeholders – customers, team, suppliers & management
  • Must be a trained barista
  • Able to work flexible hours, as needed
  • Proximity to Colombo 05, 07, Rajagiriya and Galle will be an advantage
