JUNIOR TECHNICAL WRITER
Position Overview
The role involves supporting software products by developing comprehensive documents. Collaboration with Technical and QA teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write User Acceptance Test, Traceability Matrix and procedure manuals.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Superb written and communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle).
