Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new foreign academic and professional programs aligned with SLIM's strategic objectives. Initiate and manage partnerships with international education bodies to expand SLIM's global portfolio and drive institutional growth.
Maintain strong professional relationships with international academic partners including the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Asia Marketing Federation (AMF), and Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) network, CMA and other. Act as a liaison between SLIM and foreign institutions to ensure seamless communication and operational coordination.
Oversee the end-to-end operations of international programs such as the MBA, CPM, and CIM, ensuring timely delivery and academic integrity. This includes back-office coordination, student communications, faculty support, and process improvements.
Coordinate with universities such as for the MBA and AMF (for CPM) to obtain examination papers and maintain academic timelines. Develop and maintain class schedules in consultation with international and local tutors.
Work closely with local and international tutors to ensure classes are conducted as per schedule and to expected standards. Address and resolve any scheduling or academic delivery issues promptly.
Facilitate the smooth conduct of examinations for all international programs, ensuring strict adherence to institutional and regulatory standards.
Provide professional, student-centered service by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions that preserve SLIM's high reputation for academic excellence and learner satisfaction.
Process applications for international programs (MBA, CPM, etc.) efficiently and maintain accurate records, including the MBA library. Monitor and update the "Student Payment Database" regularly to ensure financial transparency and prevent operational disruptions.
