We are seeking dynamic & motivated young individual to join our Delmege Shipping Cluster as Senior Executive / Executive – Customer Service.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize export/import statistics to identify and target potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and drive business development.
- Ensure full utilization of the weekly vessel space allocated by the Head Office.
- Collaborate with customers, shippers, and exporters to prepare timely weekly/monthly forecasts for both principal and local systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations in line with given criteria and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Target new customers, explore new trade lanes, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Leverage sales data and analytical tools to generate insights, supporting informed decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, prior experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry would be a definite advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
