SENIOR PRODUCT SPECIALIST (3M HEALTHCARE)
The selected candidate will be the key point of contact between the company and healthcare professionals. S/He will be responsible for increasing awareness and visibility of the company’s devices range, (surgical Devices of allocated principle) amongst the medical community, whilst establishing positive work relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and supporting administrative staff. The job entails achieving allocated revenue and growth budgets and ensuring category development.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 passes in main subjects in A/L
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is essential; exposure to surgical devices will be a definite advantage
- Should demonstrate high level of integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be a self-motivator and initiator, capable of working independently and proactively identifying opportunities
